My experience at this hotel was quite frustrating. The reception staff were dismissive, and despite booking two rooms, we were placed 8 floors apart, which is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this size. The service was lacking as no one offered help with our heavy bags when we arrived. While the hotel itself is large, it needs serious updates, especially the elevators. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to the poor service and unsafe balcony designs for children.

My stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was lacking right from the get-go, with a receptionist who seemed dismissive.
